Ross Rolfe, Executive Chair

Ross Rolfe has extensive experience in senior positions in both the public and private sectors, having served as Director General of five Queensland departments, from the mid-1990s until 2007, including Premier Department, Coordinator General, Department of State Development and Department of Trade. He has also been the CEO of two energy companies and has held a number of roles as Chairman and Non-Executive Director on Boards of publicly listed companies and Government owned Corporations in the infrastructure and energy sectors

Clinton Dines

Originally from Queensland, Clinton Dines studied here and in France and has lived and worked continuously in the Greater China Region for almost 36 years. A fluent Mandarin speaker, Clinton has extensive frontline operational and commercial management positions in China and was BHP Billiton’s senior country executive in China for 21 years. He was a prime mover in the establishment of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in China in 1993 and its chair for many years and was the Attaché to the Australian Olympic Team for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. Clinton is currently a Non-Executive Director of Kazakhmys plc and Zanaga Iron Ore Company in London, and the Aurecon Group and a member of the Griffith University Council.

Bob Lette

Bob Lette has longstanding involvement in the financial services and superannuation sectors. He is Chairman of the Building Unions Superannuation Scheme (Queensland) and a Board member since 1985. Bob is a Fellow of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He sits on a number of company Boards including Queensland Airports Limited and publicly listed construction and development company Watpac Limited.  Bob is Chairman of The Private Capital Group Pty Ltd which is the Trustee of The Infrastructure Fund, one of Australia’s top performing unlisted infrastructure funds. Bob is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia, and until 30 June 2008 was a Partner and now consults to Brisbane law firm, Mullins Lawyers.

Michele Wong

Michele is an Investment Director at Hastings Funds Management and has extensive experience in investing in, financing and managing infrastructure investments. In addition to North Queensland Airports, Michele is a director of the New Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Port of Newcastle, and Interlink Roads. Michele holds a Master of Economics from Macquarie University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Robert Hardy

Robert Hardy is a Principal within the Infrastructure Investments Group at JP Morgan Asset Management. Robert commenced his career in the infrastructure and real assets market in Australia in 1998 and has been based in London since 2004. Robert has been involved in the initial investment and ongoing management of infrastructure assets across the OECD countries in the utilities, social infrastructure, transportation and energy sectors. He has airports experience in Australia, the UK, Europe and the Americas. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra as well as post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance & Investment.

Colin Storrie

Colin Storrie has extensive financial and aviation experience, which includes Group Treasurer, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles within Qantas Airways Ltd and AMP Ltd. He has also held a number of director roles in both listed and non-listed companies including Qantas Airways Ltd, Jetset Travel Ltd, Qantas superannuation, AMP Bank and AMP Financial Services. Prior to his roles at Qantas and AMP, Colin worked in investment banking and for the government of New South Wales.  Colin is an independent non-executive Director of AIG Australia Ltd and is Chair of both its Board Audit and Risk Committees. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wollongong, a graduate diploma in management from AGSM University of New South Wales, is a fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Paul Ryan

Based in New York, Paul Ryan is CEO and Portfolio Manager of JPMorgan Asset Management's OECD Infrastructure Equity Fund. In addition to North Queensland Airports, he sits on the Boards of Electricity North West (UK), Southern Water (UK), and Noatum Ports (Spain). Originally from Sydney, Paul has spent almost 20 years in the United States and has an MBA from Yale and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.

Richard Barker

Richard is the General Manager – Retail & Commercial for Auckland International Airport. Richard spent more than 25 years in the retail, energy and aviation sectors in a variety of senior roles working in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and USA. He has a bachelors in Business Management and has completed post graduate business studies at Kellogg Business School in Chicago. He is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors.

Scott Weenink

Scott has been General Counsel & Company Secretary of Auckland International Airport Limited since February 2016 and is a Non- Executive Director of Generate Kiwisaver Fund and Modica Group. An M&A and corporate finance lawyer by background, Scott previously served as General Counsel and Executive Director of global telecoms company, Oooredoo Asia based in Singapore. Scott spent the last 17 years living and working in the UK, Asia, New Zealand and the Middle East after joining law firm Bell Gully from university. During his time with Ooredoo Asia, he was a director of various companies including Ooredoo Myanmar and Liberty Telecoms. Scott has a Masters in Law from Oxford University (Wolfson College) and has completed an Executive Management course at Chicago University’s Booth School of Business. He obtained his degrees in Bachelor of Arts, Major in English Literature, and Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University. He is also admitted to the Bar in New Zealand, New South Wales and the United Kingdom.
